SPIN 50:

This is a 50 minute spin class. The class will start with a quick warm-up followed by songs varying in resistance level and rpm. Your instructor will use the terms “Light,” “Medium,” “Heavy,” and “Very Heavy” to describe the effort you’re currently working in. There will be at least one song that will incorporate hand weights. And there will be a short cool down at the end.

SPIN + STRENGTH:

This is a fusion class with 25 minutes of spin and 25 minutes of strength work. The class will incorporate all of the elements of a Spin 50 but condensed into 25 minutes so that the other half of the class can focus on primarily bodyweight moves. The instructor will provide a "Strength Map" describing the moves you will do and what time interval you have to complete them. The instructor may incorporate light hand-weights and resistance bands to intensify the strength moves.

SPIN + FLOW:

This is a fusion class with 25 minutes of spin and 25 minutes of yoga. The class will incorporate all of the elements of a Spin 50 but condensed into 25 minutes so that the other half of the class can focus on yoga. For 25 minutes, you'll immerse yourself into a vinyasa style format with holding poses, breathwork, and flowing through postures that build upon each other. The instructor will model all of the poses and offer modifications as needed.
