As a child, Jillan remembers always being a part of a sporting team- from softball, basketball, volleyball,
cheerleading, or golf- she played it all! This carried over into adulthood and has instilled a deep passion for movement and group fitness community. As a long time bootcamp participant, and avid runner, Jill
enjoyed the sense of “fitness family” where ‘teammates’ would challenge each other to grow in our
goals. After suffering an unexpected knee injury, from a previous cardio regimen of distance running
that required modification- Enter spinOUT! She attended her first spinOUT class in Spring of 2023 and fell in love, instantly! From the bangin’ beat drops, challenging choreography, and (bad ass) motivating instructors, she had found a sense of community that she couldn’t live without...and the rest is history! She can’t wait to ride with you!
Q: Where can we find you outside of spinOUT?
“When I’m not teaching, or attending a spinOUT class you can find me on the sidelines cheering on my son at a sporting event, traveling across Metro Detroit hospitals as a nurse, or spending time with family and friends on the lake!”

Q: What can we expect on your class playlist?
“My music tastes vary across the decades! I love a solid 80’s/90’s remix with a beat drop, 2000’s pop/hip-hop, boy band radio, 90’s alternative and grunge, and who doesn’t love to shake it like a salt shaker with Lil Jon!? For me, music is motivating mentally and physically. My hope is that each rider connects with a song throughout the road map that they identify with and enriches their ride with me!”
